1. General Provisions

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

• Each person may create only one account — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.3 Single Ownership

Each account is for the personal use of one individual only. Transferring, selling, or allowing any third party to use an account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ba999 uses Bangladesh's common mobile financial services and banking channels for depositing and withdrawing funds.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ba999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its registered users. Each bonus has its own terms, and compliance with them is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are offered a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only to the account for which it was issued.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• It may not be possible to keep multiple bonuses active at the same time — the terms of each bonus apply separately.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, ba999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings obtained from it.
• Each promotion has a set expiry period — once the period ends, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

6. Game Rules

ba999 offers slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and various other game types. Each game category has its own rules.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• All game outcomes are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result of the bet is stored in the system.
• If a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, ba999 reserves the right to cancel that round.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are clearly stated in the game interface.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, ba999's decision regarding the bet shall be final.

Any user may at any time request the closure of their account via live chat. All balances and outstanding bets must be settled before the account is closed.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by ba999

ba999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious financial activity.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Direction from a legal authority.

11. Limitation of Liability

ba999 is not liable for:

• Gaming losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own negligence in allowing login details to be compromised.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment systems.
• Indirect losses arising from temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons.

12. Changes to Terms
